Use at night, as the last step of your skincare routine (after serum / cream).
Apply an even layer over face (not too thin) and allow it to absorb; leave it on overnight.
Rinse off in the morning with your regular cleanser. Use 1-2 times per week, or more often if your skin feels especially dry or stressed.
