Shake the bottle well to blend the oil and water layers. Saturate a cotton pad, then gently press it onto your closed eyelid or lips for a few seconds to break down makeup. After letting it sit briefly, wipe away using gentle downward strokes without tugging. For stubborn or waterproof makeup, reapply to the pad and press again briefly. Finish with a gentle facial cleanser to remove residue and follow up with your usual skincare routine.
