Korean Holiday Shipping Notice: What to Expect (October 3–9, 2025)
Every autumn, South Korea celebrates Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving), one of the nation’s most important holidays. This year, the holiday season stretches from October 3 to October 9, 2025 (UTC+9), covering three major observances: National Foundation Day (Oct 3), Chuseok (Oct 6–8), and Hangeul Proclamation Day (Oct 9). During this period, most local businesses and couriers temporarily pause operations. While we will continue processing your orders without interruption, tracking numbers will only become available once couriers reopen on October 10.
Chuseok is a time for family reunions, honoring ancestors, and sharing the autumn harvest, making it one of the busiest times of the year in Korea. Combined with National Foundation Day and Hangeul Proclamation Day, this creates an extended public holiday where shipping services and couriers suspend operations. During this period, we will still process your orders and prepare them for dispatch, but tracking updates will not appear until couriers resume work.
Once operations reopen on October 10, tracking numbers will be activated and deliveries will continue as normal. To avoid potential delays, we recommend placing your orders early so they can be queued and ready for shipment immediately after the holiday.
